Bob Oliver passed away, December 1, 2022 in Tryon, NC.  He was previously a resident of Blacksburg and Roanoke.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Jennings Oliver and Josephine Waldron Oliver and his first wife, Peggy Ramsey Oliver.

Bob was a long-time member of Blacksburg United Methodist Church.  He was a 1953 graduate of William Fleming High School and a member of the Golden Colonels.  Bob graduated from VPI (Va.
